Ouch.

My mouth is sore, and my head is pounding.

I wasn't built for this kind of pain.

Going under LA and being sedated for a good 2 and a half hours has left me well and thoroughly spent.

Well baby, technically you were under GA, not LA. Explains the whole 'sedation' bit eh?
